Federal Member for Groom, Garth Hamilton proudly announced the winners of his much-anticipated ‘Groom’s Gifts’ initiative, marking the culmination of a highly successful shop-local campaign.
Mr Hamilton was joined by acting CEO of Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise (TSBE), April Cavanaugh, for the draw, who shared in the excitement of revealing the winners.
“I couldn’t be more thrilled to announce the winners of ‘Groom’s Gifts’.”
“With thousands of entries received, this initiative has truly demonstrated the remarkable spirit of our community in wholeheartedly supporting our local small businesses,” Mr Hamilton said.
In addition to the grand prize of a $200 VISA Gift card sponsored by Mr Hamilton, the runners-up have been the fortunate recipients of a diverse range of prizes, generously donated by participating businesses.
These prizes include a $50 Fuel Voucher from Zimms Corner Service Station, a Confectionery Hamper from Pittsworth Confectionery, Yeti Drinkware from Toowoomba BBQ’s & Fireplaces – The Weber Store, a crystal bowl from Toowoomba Antiques and Collectibles, a facial from Toowoomba Body Sculpting, a $100 Voucher from Precious Time Fabric & Quilts and a remote control Monster Truck from Wings Over The Downs.
Mr Hamilton extended his warm congratulations to the eight winners.
