The State Government has refused to address road safety hazards at the intersection of Canning Street and Brisbane Street, Drayton. The Australian Government provides funding for such upgrades through the Black Spot program. However, the Queensland Government doesn't believe Drayton is a priority due to 'cost' and lack of 'crashes'. We should fix this before someone is hurt or dies.
