The 2024 Groom’s Gifts campaign has officially wrapped up, with Federal Member for Groom, Garth Hamilton, drawing the lucky winners alongside Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce President Myf Rigby and Vice President Sam Wright.
This year’s campaign saw an incredible show of support, with over 60 local businesses participating and thousands of community members entering the draw.
Member for Groom, Garth Hamilton, credited the success of the campaign to the generosity and spirit of the local community.
“The success of this year’s Groom’s Gifts campaign is a testament to the incredible spirit of our community.
“Thanks to the generosity of our small business owners, the prize pool included not only the $250 voucher but seven fantastic additional bundled gifts, each showcasing the outstanding products and services that our region has to offer.
The prize pool was made even more spectacular thanks to generous contributions from: Bandland, Blossom Cafe & Post, Browns Office Choice, The Bull & Barley Inn, Cains Pharmacy Pittsworth, Community Access Care Community Car Wash, Darling Fresh Smoke Haus, Gelatissimo, GF Oats, Hair by Jackie, High on Blooms, Joels Barber & Mosta Hair, Meringandan Pub, Niko & Okin, Oakey Pharmacy Hamper, Oakey RSL, OMG Decadent Donuts, Pittsworth Confectionery, Precious Time Fabric and Quits, RB Sellars, Red Sand Sisters, Rosezel Nutrition, Six of One Coffee Roasters, The Book Tree, Vali Garage, The Weber Store – Toowoomba BBQ’s and Fireplaces, Westridge Fruit & Vegetables, Windy Acres Farm, Wings over the Downs, Worklocker, and Zimms Corner.
“I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the local and family-owned businesses that took part, and to the community for rallying behind them. Your support has made a real impact,” Mr Hamilton said.

Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce President, Myf Rigby, highlighted the crucial role of community support in sustaining local businesses and boosting the regional economy.
