As the Toowoomba Region grows, it is critical that all levels of government cooperate to deliver the roads, bridges and other civil infrastructure needed to support the expansion of our community.
The Albanese Labor government cut funding from Groom. They abolished the Building Better Regions Fund, they refuse to fund another round of Stronger Communities and have abandoned the Safer Communities program.
This is on top of cancelling the New England Highway Safety Upgrades at Cabarlah (Borneo Barracks), and removing funding for the Gore and Warrego Highways.
